“I didn't want to leave!”
I had to stay in Fort Collins while one of my pets had surgery at CSU. I didn't want to stay in a regular hotel. Decided to give Remington Flats a try. Ummmm....I didn't want to leave! It was so cozy and comfortable! Walking distance to everything and in the perfect location. The studio was set with everything from dishes to toiletries. I ended up extending my booking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a sweet cozy place. It was very clean and well-appointed. At one point my friend realized she forgot her toothbrush and found one provided for just that situation. Ann and Doug were gracious hosts and helped with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend a stay here.

“Everything we wanted and more.”
Annie and Doug are some of the nicest people we've met in a long list of incredible Airbnb hosts we have stayed with. The neighborhood is super accessible to dining/bars, parks, bike paths, public transport and pretty much anything you would want to do in Fort Collins. Internet was great. My partner and I were both able to work from home. The list goes on but would ultimately recommend just booking your stay here and finding out. I'll be visiting Annie and Doug next time I am in Fort Collins! Thanks again!

“We hope to stay again!”
The Space: My colleague and I needed a place to stay for a month long externship at CSU vet school and the apartment was perfect. The location is quiet with it's own secluded little yard perfect for lying in the sun. It is also conveniently located near public transport services including the MAX. The bed and the sofa bed were both comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was spacious. The bathroom is beautifully styled and the shower is perfect. Overall, the place was comfortable and styled in-line with the owners exceptional taste. The Hosts: Ann and Doug were exceptionally friendly and accommodating hosts from the moment we arrived (despite my 1am arrival). They made every effort to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable stay despite the unusual length of our stay. They even lent us bikes for getting around free of charge! We especially enjoyed chatting with them and simply adored their dogs. Overall: I would highly recommend staying at the Fort Apartment if you're ever in the Fort Collins area! A big thank you for making our stay so lovely! We hope to stay with you again!

“The apartment was exactly as described!”
The apartment was exactly as described! It was the perfect location for my wife and I and we were very impressed with our entire stay. They loaned us bikes and we were able to ride downtown and to a couple of breweries which was a blast. The place was really clean and comfortable and would HIGHLY recommend it to everyone. Thanks again and we will be staying here again on our next visit.

This is an adorable apartment. Very clean and well appointed with all new furnishings. Quiet at night. I slept very well! The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions/requests. They even shoveled a path to my car the day I left after it snowed the night before! I really felt taken care of.
