Policies

• Apartment comfortably accommodates 4 adults (One Queen Bed in private bedroom, 1 Convertible Queen Couch in main living area)
• Children do not stay for free.  Please add them to your reservation at the time of booking
• Must be at least 21 to reserve the apartment unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (ID required upon check-in)
• Check-in is between 3pm-5pm.  If you plan to arrive late please notify us ahead of your stay to receive your keycode and late check-in instructions
• Check-out 11am (Late check-out at 12pm with prior approval)
• Cancellations:
  • 100% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival except fees
  • 50% refund up until 2 weeks prior to arrival except fees
    OR
  • 50%  hotel credit up until 1 week prior to check-in date except fees
  • 0% refund within 14 days prior to check-in date (See above for exception)
• Pets
  • Pets allowed on a very limited basis and with pre-approval only (contact us directly before booking with pet)
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if pet is not as described, is ill behaved, or was not disclosed
  • Pet Fee of $25 per night per pet paid in full upon arrival
  • $100 Security Deposit collected at time of booking and refunded within 10 days of last day of stay if no damage
  • Size and breed restrictions apply (contact us for more details)
  • Evidence of non-approved pets may result in daily charges and fines up to $300
  • Service animals are not considered pets and are allowed with official documentation.  
• Additional persons above 2 guests at $30 per night per person
• Pack-n-Play available for use at no charge (first come first served)
• SMOKING:  No smoking of any substance allowed on premises (may result in fines up to $250)
• Full eat-in kitchen with everything needed for meal prep.  Please clean-up after cooking.  Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if kitchen isn’t attended to prior to check-out.
• Private Yard/BBQ is yours to use, you are also welcomed to join us on the front porch for some premium people watching!
• Quiet Time: 9pm weekdays, 11pm weekends.  If you wish to party into the night please take your gathering to one of the many nearby local bars.
• This is a basement apartment in a home occupied by full-time residents. Noise from the main floor is inevitable.  Earplugs are provided and recommended for light sleepers. 
• Bikes are available at no charge.  Restrictions apply.
